Will you help me with the loan process?
Yes, we will not only help you, but suggest the best type of loan for you based on how much you have for down payment and if you are a first-time home buyer.

How much do I need for a downpayment?
Typically you need between 5% and 10% downpayment, but there are some loan available that require as little as 3% down. Also, if you are a first-time home buyer and your income qualifies, you may be able to get a bond money loan which allows you to receive grant money to purchase a home.

How much are loan costs?
They vary with different banks; typically they are between $1500 and $3000 depending on the price of the house.

Can you show houses that are not listed by you?
Yes we are a part of the multiple listing service that allows us to show any house listed with cooperating brokers, which is almost all of the companies in Newton, Hesston, Halstead, Sedgwick, Wichita and other surrounding areas.

What kind of service will you give me if I list my house with you?
We will advertise every day in the local newspaper plus the monthly edition of Harvey County Living. We will advertise in Wichita if you have a rural property that we feel would benefit from additional exposure.

How much experience do you have in selling real estate?
We have been selling real estate for 25 years and have dealt in single family homes, duplexes, commercial, land and rural residences.
